When Gillette farms set out to purchase Henderson's we were driven by the desire to ensure a sustainable future not only for ourselves but also for our fellow farmers in the region. By acquiring the processing plant, we aimed to provide a lasting solution for the processing needs of beef, pork, lamb and goat ensuring that farmers in our community have a reliable facility for years to come. 

 

When processing with us we offer top quality custom cutting, vac packing or regular brown paper with or without labels, smoking services, sausage processing , pepperrettes .
