Our homegrown full blood Canadian wagyu is the product of great passion and 33 months of constant meticulous care. Our intent was to produce a premium product to be shared among friends and family for special occasions and celebrations. The richness of the well marbled beef makes our wagyu something to savor... Maybe in smaller quantities. They are therefore offered in convenient single wrapped packages.
