Beef

Our beef is raised without any antibiotics or hormones. They are grass fed and grain finished for optimum marbling. Once processed , we age a minimum of 21 days before cutting and then flash frozen to maintain full flavor. Actual photos of our products. All our steaks are hand cut by our butchers. Therefore we cannot guarantee the exact weight which is why it's an approximate weight.
